LH型電動(dòng)葫蘆橋式起重機(jī)

LH型電動(dòng)葫蘆橋式起重機(jī)依據(jù)JB/T3695-2008標(biāo)準(zhǔn)所設(shè)計(jì)、制造；本產(chǎn)品在國(guó)外歐式起重機(jī)上被普遍采用，適用于一般加工裝配車間、倉(cāng)庫(kù)等工作場(chǎng)所，但不能用于易燃、易爆、有強(qiáng)腐蝕性介質(zhì)環(huán)境中和吊運(yùn)熔融金屬。本產(chǎn)品與LDA型電動(dòng)單粱起重機(jī)相比，具有運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)，更安全可靠的明顯優(yōu)點(diǎn)，本產(chǎn)品與QD型通用橋式起重機(jī)相比，具有自重輕、輪壓、外形尺寸小，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，各機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)行靈活、操作簡(jiǎn)便，更適用于地面操縱，造價(jià)低的突出明顯優(yōu)點(diǎn)。本系列產(chǎn)品起重量一般為3t、5t、10t、16/3t、20/5t、32/5t、40/10t，50/10t，跨度為7.5～31.5m，起重機(jī)的工作級(jí)別一般為A3～A5級(jí)，工作環(huán)境溫度為一25°C～40°C。

主要特點(diǎn)：
1.本系列產(chǎn)品整機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)主要由橋架部分、大車運(yùn)行機(jī)構(gòu)、小車部分及電器部分所組成：
2.橋架部分為四粱結(jié)構(gòu)，由兩支端梁和兩支主梁通過(guò)聯(lián)接板采用高強(qiáng)度螺栓連接而成，在傳動(dòng)側(cè)設(shè)有走臺(tái)，橋架采用了偏軌箱型梁。
3.升降機(jī)構(gòu)采用單速升降或雙速升降鋼絲繩電動(dòng)葫蘆，安裝型式一般為A2型，如果選用工作級(jí)別M6的電動(dòng)葫蘆，其整機(jī)級(jí)別可選A6級(jí)；小車架、電動(dòng)葫蘆與小車運(yùn)行機(jī)構(gòu)共同組成小車總成。
4.大車運(yùn)行機(jī)構(gòu)采用“三合一”分別驅(qū)動(dòng)，小車運(yùn)行機(jī)構(gòu)采用“三合一”集中驅(qū)動(dòng)或分別驅(qū)動(dòng)，減速器為硬齒面漸開(kāi)線花鍵套裝減速器，大、小車運(yùn)行一般均采用變頻調(diào)速。
5.操縱方式設(shè)有司機(jī)室聯(lián)動(dòng)臺(tái)操縱或地面手把按鈕操縱、地面遙控操縱三種方式可選用。

LH overhead crane with electric hoist based on the JB/T3695-2008 standard，is applicable to work in processing plants, assembly workshops and warehouses,etc. ?It is not allowed to be used in flammable or explosive or corrosive environments,for instance, foundries for lifting molten metal. Compared with LDA electric single-girder crane, it is reliable and safe for its smooth travelling. Compared with QD overhead crane for industrial applications, the product has obvious advantages such as light weight, small dimension, compact structure,fexible operation, low cost.

Main Features
1. The crane is mainly composed of bridge,travelling mechanism ,trolley and electrical system.
2. Its bridge ,called four-beam structure，mainly includes two main girde rs and two end carriages which are connected by means of high strength bolt. In addition，it has a platform along with driving side. The bridge adopts bias-rail box beam.
3.The hoisting mechanism adopts wire rope electric?hoist with single-speed or two-speed. Installation?grade is A2. If necessary, M6 electric hoist is mounted?and the classfication group of this crane can be up to?A6. The trolley mainly includes main frame, electric?hoist and travelling mechanism.
4. Travelling? mechanism? adopts? "three-in-one"?respective drive, Traversing mechanism adopts? "three in one" centralized or respective drive,The?reducer is tooth-hardened and by means of involute?spline it connects with wheel assembly. Both adopt variable frequency for speed adjustment.
5. This product has three types of manipulation：movable?cab’s, ground wired button control or remote control.
