LDX型電動單梁起重機

?LDX型電動單梁起重機依據(jù)JB/T1306-2008標準所設計、制造；本產(chǎn)品多用于機械制造、裝配車間及倉庫等場所，為有軌運行一般用途的起重設備。但不得在易燃、易爆、腐蝕性介質(zhì)環(huán)境中使用，也不適用于吊運熔融金屬。
本系列產(chǎn)品起重量一般為1～16t，跨度為7.5～31.5m，工作級別為A3～A6級。

主要特點：

1.本機起升機構一般匹配CD型(單速升降)或MD型(雙速升降)鋼絲繩電動葫蘆，該電動葫蘆運行在箱型梁下翼緣板上，運行平穩(wěn)可靠．其機構工作級別可達M3～M4級，如匹配國外歐式電動葫蘆，其工作級別也可達到M5～M6級。

2.大車運行機構一般匹配具有軟啟動功能的YSE電動機，也可匹配變頻電機進行調(diào)速控制。

3.本機如果配有馬達抓斗，可以裝卸和搬運散粒物品。

4.本產(chǎn)品設有地面有線或無線遙控操縱形式，用戶可選用。

5.本產(chǎn)品具有輕便、靈活、安全可靠，輪壓和外形尺寸小，操作簡單、造價低的明顯優(yōu)點。

Main Features：
1.?Hoisting mechanism of this crane generally matches with the CD type(single-speed)or MD-type(two-speed) electric wire rope hoist . Usually its classification group is M3 or M4 , if matching with other type of electric hoist,it can be up toM5～M6.
2.The tavelling mechanism generally matches with YSE motors with soft-start function. Variable frequency motor can be applied for speed adjustment.
3.Equipped with motor grab, the crane can be used to hoist and convey granular materials.
4.This product has two types of manipulation: ground control?and?remote control. The former includes wired button control and remote control,?You can choose one type in accordance with your actual condition.
5.By comparision with the high, this crane with low classification group is flexible，safe and reliable when its lifting load is light and its wheel pressure is low.
