QZ型抓斗通用橋式起重機(jī)

QZ型抓斗通用橋式起重機(jī)依據(jù)GB/T14405-2011標(biāo)準(zhǔn)所設(shè)計(jì)、制造；該型號(hào)起重機(jī)適用于冶金、水泥、化工、礦山及其他企業(yè)車間、倉(cāng)庫(kù)或貨場(chǎng)，在固定跨問(wèn)從事礦石、石灰石、礦粉、焦渣、煤、砂等散粒物料的搬運(yùn)工作。
本產(chǎn)品起重量般為5t、10t、16t、20t，起重量中包括抓斗自重，跨度為7.5～31.5m，工作級(jí)別一般為A6級(jí)。
主要特點(diǎn)
1.本機(jī)由箱型梁橋架、大車運(yùn)行機(jī)構(gòu)、小車部分、 抓斗及電氣控制系統(tǒng)所組成。
2.小車上裝有兩套獨(dú)立驅(qū)動(dòng)的卷筒裝置，分別進(jìn)行升降和抓斗的開(kāi)閉工作。
3.抓斗為四繩抓斗，根據(jù)所抓取物料不同和工作狀況有輕型、中型、重型，有1M³、1.5M³?、2.5M³、3M³可選用；抓斗只適用于自然堆積狀態(tài)下，物料塊粒在100mm以下時(shí)，如需抓取水下物料及特殊物料須在訂貨時(shí)說(shuō)明。
4.本機(jī)大車運(yùn)行機(jī)構(gòu)為分別驅(qū)動(dòng)，大小車運(yùn)行機(jī)構(gòu)可電阻器調(diào)速或變頻調(diào)速。
5.本機(jī)操縱為司機(jī)室聯(lián)動(dòng)臺(tái)操作，司機(jī)室可閉式或開(kāi)式。

In general Grab is appropriate for granular mate rials through natural accumulation，the dimension of whch is less than 100mm .If underwater mate rials or other special materials are required to be conveyed, you need to point out it in the order.
